It's almost normal according to bmi chart (49-65 kg)
but still you are adviced to keep it below 55 as when it goes upper 60 it usually dufficul to reduce.

My mother and I had taken herbal life company products for weight loss. Before taking it we were completely healthy. After taking herbal life company products for weightless I was diagnosed with psychosis like symptoms for which I took homeopathic medicines for 6 months. Now I do not take medicines. After me my mother's health also deteriorate. My mother is diagnosed with psychosis and schizophrenia and is taking allopathic medicines for it. My mother is taking tab. Trancodol dt 10, tab. Relihexy, tab. Olimelt and tab. Zapiz. Did my mother's and mine health condition deteriorate due to taking herbal life company products for weight loss. I have read on internet that herbal life company products have ephedra which causes psychosis. How can my mother get cured completely. I will be very thankful if you would help. I am writing this question here again because last time when I posted this question here I may not be clear.

I have seen the details mentioned. With your current weight your bmi is 26.15 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter), which means there is an excess of almost 7 kgs. However, your blood glucose is very well controlled, which really good. Weight reduction is a tough task. However, you may consider increasing the time spent on exercises. Hi, height of 5 feet 11 inches is about 180 coms. If you are 156 cms that is only 5 feet 1.5 inch. You need to recheck and confirm. Ideal body weight for an indian man is height in cms - 100, whatever answer you get that number of kgs it should be.
