There are many causes for accumulation of fluid in foetus ranging from infection to congenital anomalies to negative blood group. My advise is get an anomaly scan from a qualified doctor and thorough investigation to know the exact cause. Also one has to be clear about viability of foetus before prolonging pregnancy.
