You are immunised for one year by 3 doses and it is the accepted schedule to take three doses for one-year immunity.

There is no need for you to take a second vaccine now and for information, it is not the rust that causes tetanus unlike what people think.

No it may not cause any problems. Just clean the wound.

You will not have any danger especially as it was a scratch only and the immunity of tt you took in 18 will be there if at all needed.

1) there is no side effect form the second dose of TT and it will behave like a booster and you need not take any TT for the next 3-5 years and if you keep taking one TT every 3 or 5 years, you will be protected for the lifetime
2) There is no need for antirabies injection as the kitten is groomed in your own house and id healthy not bitten or infected by a rabid animal

Take a inj. Tt, stay safe.

I hope 7 months ago tt inj was not primary inoculation. Then you don't need tt inj. On 2nd injury.
If weight bearing is painful, rule out any foreign body in the wound.
Consult a surgeon.
