For muscle mass increase, intake of protein needs to be improved in diet. Good dietary protein sources include- dairy products (milk, curd, buttermilk, lassi, channa/paneer), whole egg, fish, chicken, nuts, seeds, soybean/ nutrella. Supplements should be taken only when intake through natural sources is not possible.

Testosterone if extracted by a synthetic source is very harmful for the body as it can cause permanent testicular shrinkage. Its better to opt a good herbal testosterone replacement product, possibly an ayurvedic aphrodisiac.
