As per your complains it may be due to Osteoarthritis OR Rheumatism OR Gout or Degenerative changes. For conformation of this you need to under go some investigations. Initially avoid yogurt, curt, excessive spicy & slaty foods, fast food & junk food, cold water/milk, cold drinks, avoid sprouted pulses like mung-chana etc. Don't sit directly at floor.

First give rest to your elbow for few days as repeated use will increase your inflammation.
Do ice massage 2 to 3 times daily for 8 to 10 mins.
Use tennis elbow band or support.
Visit physiotherapy center for Ultrasonic treatment.
