Morning pains are usually a sign of few things like either your mattress is not right, either you are having a low vitamin d, bad posture at work and last lack of exercise with sedentary lifestyle. First chk out these parameters after that you can think of repair. Of ny tissue. Chk for vitamin d if it comes out low take weakly vitamin d dose. Do exercise properly, including calf stretchs ,knee to chest, hams stretch ,bridging etc.
