Dear lybrate-user,
you need a detailed consultation with your psychiatrist for assessment and diagnosis. Clonotril is given only for few days before assessment is done. It will not be the treatment after diagnosis. At your age we need to assess your medical conditions also.

When you have these symptoms, there is a chance of abdominal pain while coughing. You might feel it after sometime too due to mental conditions. Palpitation may be due to fear too.
You might be a very happy person. Then given your current situations, you started worrying about your health. Divert your mind to your favorite hobbies or interact w...more

Dear Lybrate user, the alcohol withdrawal symptoms lasts for only a week or two. And anxozap should be taken and slowly tapered down and stopped. However there are few symptoms of withdrawal that might last for months. But it would be tackled by lesser dose of benzodiazepine and may be some other drug, which cannot be bought from medical store without prescription.
Also there are other medications that may help him to remain alcohol free.
