Hello lybrate-user it may be sensitivity not the pain rx -sensequel toothpaste use this paste when ever you feel pain apply it where ever you feel pain brush/ massage with fingers. Leave it for 10 mins and wash it off you will definitely feel relief.

Hey there, donot allow food food to lodge inside the tooth. Rinse thoroughly after every meal or you can ise a tooth brush also to remove food lodged. Avoid using toothpicks un-necessarily. Do warm saline rinses twice daily. Brush twice daily.
