Kindly consult an orthodontist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (model study, full mouth & profile x-ray) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need fixed / removable braces. Requirements may depends on the age, complaint, duration of the treatment & affordability. Cost of cosmetic dentistry (braces) varies with dentist.

Hi, extraction of teeth is a big decision and should be taken only by the orthodontist after clinical and radiographic examination of teeth. Many patients make mistake of getting their permanent teeth removed if they are not coming in ideal position. Ideal age to get an orthodontic examination is 7-10 years of age as all developing problems can be prevented by use of removable and fixed extra and intraoral appliances.

If the malocclusion is mild then we can do a root canal treatment followed by a crown. This however is not a preferred treatment to Orthodontics or treatment with braces.
