Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

it can be due to mouthbreathing habit. It happend due to many reasons.
Measures:- 1. Practice makes a man perfect: try to start breathing from your nose. You can do yoga or meditation to try get used to nasal breathing.
2. There can be any obstruction in nose or throat that is causing you to breath via mouth like enlarged adenoids, tonsilitis, polyps or any anatomical issue with the nose. That requires attention. 3. Clear your nasal passage with nasal washing.

Limited opening can be due to your erupting molars on both sides that can cause pain.
- the gum over the molars can incorporate food particles and may cause pain due to infection under the gum. You need to get it cleaned thouroughly either by getting the gum over tooth removed or the tooth itself.
- do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day to keep that area clean.
- limited opening can be due to the chewing of pan, that causes the mouth to become stiff. Practice mouth opening exercises....more
