Best treatment is Fixed Orthodontic treatment (Braces). You can opt for only upper braces if lower teeth are aligned. For that get consultation from an Orthodontist. Just my opinion. Rest depends upon clinical examination.

Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night avoid coloured food stuff for shaping consult a orthodontist you may require braces.
