Hello lybrate-user. Sorry about your eye trouble. Doubling of vision has multiple causes associated with it. Let me enumerate them in brief:
(1) refractive error-inadequate glass correction or a change in refractive error may lead to doubling of vision.
(2) squinting of the eyes: misalignment of the visual axes of the eyes may cause objects to appear double.

Hi lybrate-user. I have a few suggestions for you regarding the usage of computers, mobile phones and books. Follow the rule of" 20" this means that every 20 minutes, take a gap of 20 seconds, blink your eyes actively 20 times and focus at an object which is minimum 20 feet away. This will help in relieving your eyes from the continuous strain that is caused due to staring. Staring at the computer continuously causes us to subconsciously blink less than normal. Hello, Use CMD2 eye drop , 2 drop in each eye twice daily.
take Argentum nit 30 Ch , 3 drops twice daily .
Wash your eyes with fresh water twice daily.

It is called dry eye syndrome and in summers is caused by dusst and dry winds---------------so it is better to alway wear good quality googles in ummers and always use lubricating eye drops and drink maximum water in summers--

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses.
If not interested in glasses then you can try
a. Contact lens
b. Lasik laser
as your age is now 24 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs.
Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

Hello lybrate-user. The following suggestions should help you:
(1) use protective eye wear including helmet, glasses. This will prevent dust from going into your eyes.
(2) avoid rubbing eyes with fingers/ handkerchief/ cloth material, etc
(3) wash your eyes daily with clean hands and clean water 4-5 times.
(4) stop smoking.
(5) eat healthy antioxidant rich diet.
(6) use a lubricant eye drop 5-6 times daily.

Hello, it seems you are having allergy symptoms in your eye. This might be increasing after bath due to irritation of already sensitised eye tissues by hard water or soap. Make sure that no soap foam enters your eye while washing your face, also avoid splashing supply water in your eyes.
