If no symptom then not to worry about cyst ,but see endocrinologist for thyroid. Nd start eltrxin as per suggestion that can b cause of menorrhagia.

1.In PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome )many small cysts appear in ovary-causing hormonal imbalance
2.They secrete more androgen
3.The symptoms are weight gain,acne, decreased ovulation, irregular period, infertility, depression, extra facial and body hair, hair loss from scalp, insulin resistance causing Diabetes.

Polycystic ovarian disease causes irregular menstrual cycles, excessive body or facial hair and polycystic ovaries and infertility.
It is due to hormonal imbalances. Treatment--
healthy diet and regular exercise is recommended for all women with pcos.
If overweight, reduce your weight. Medications includes-birth control pills to regulate menstruation, insulin-sensitizing medications, ovulation induction to treat infertility or androgen-blocking medications.
