What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?
Any problem in urine? I need details of case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first...more

Osteoporosis is very common in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. It also increases the risk of fall and thus the risk of fracture due to imbalance. It needs to be assessed by a rheumatologist and appropriate treatment needs to be provided. Please let me know where you are and I can provide the reference of a local rheumatolgist

give her homoeopathic medicines:
1/ five phos 6x--4 tabs with lkuke warm water, thrice a dy
2/ rauwalfia q
crategus ox q, mixed both together, 10 drops, thrice with little water.

It is not osteoporosis . What you have is most probably osteoarthritis. The diagnosis needs to confirmed. If in fact you have osteoarthritis then you need to be assessed for comorbidities and needs to be put on an intensive exercise program with control of pain using safe pain modfiying medications instead of pain killers. This can be done best by a rheumatologist. If you let me know where you live I can give you a refernce of a nearby rheumatologist.
