It is not osteoporosis . What you have is most probably osteoarthritis. The diagnosis needs to confirmed. If in fact you have osteoarthritis then you need to be assessed for comorbidities and needs to be put on an intensive exercise program with control of pain using safe pain modfiying medications instead of pain killers.
