it appears that that though you have been diagnosed with sensory axonal neuropathy, the cause has not been detected. Gabawin (pregabalin) is used for relieving the pain associated with the neuropathy, I do not know whether you are having pain or owhat are the other symptoms. So if you are not having pain arising from diseased nerves its not going to help. Neurobione is probably helping by repiar of nerves and should be ok.
