Symptoms Of Neuropathy Questions

I've been diagnosed with uti after having bad fever (multiple fever cycles a day despite taking acetaminophen) and some vomiting for 3 days even though the typical symptoms (burning, frequent urination, constant need to pee) while urinating subsided (and started after sex) even before the fever started. Urine analysis was positive in bacteria (no specific), nitrites, blood, leucocites and protein. The doctor who I consulted beforehand then prescribed me ciprofloxacin as treatment. By chance I got to speak to another doctor who prescribed me cefalexin. I investigated both and came to a conclusion that ciprofloxacin carries adverse effects which risk I don't feel comfortable taking (especially neuropathy). I don't like to take antibiotics in general, which makes me even more weary about side effects they have. Why one or the other antibiotic and how will the treatment differ? Am I overly paranoid about potential risks? I like to understand why doctors decide for a specific medicine but have not had the luxury of being given any explanation. Hoping that maybe this community gives me some answers. Thank you in advance.

You are not expected to discontinue your present treatment since it may harm u.
We would advise that parallel treatment as supporting herbal combos may be started. Seeing the response over about 4-5 weeks we may increase the herbals. These are harmless and no counteraction with your current medication. Only some 1 hr gap to be maintained between allopathy and ayurveda.
If agreed revert back.
It may check neuropathy and other complications

No need to take B12 supplements Nature Cure strictly prohibits supplements because our body has the power to synthesise everything from anything. If your body has the right equilibrium then your body will synthesise B12 and any other Vitamins itself and if it does not require B 12 comsuming it will be in all vain.

You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water
Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.
