Dear , first get urine tested either to confirm or rule out infection if infection then take antibiotics and if urine is negative then get usg done with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness on full bladder with post-void residual urine volume measurement post the report along with pictures of the scan

Diabetes is symptom less initially. Its better to keep getting sugar levels checked every 3 months once you cross age of forty. Usual symptoms are
excessive thirst
increase in urine frequency
wounds and infections taking timd to heal
recurrent infections of genital tract
unexplained weight loss
For hair fall ,you should treat dandruff if present, exercise regularly and have balanced good having plenty of protein. Consult doctor if this doesn't help.

Hello, You cannot escape diabetes, as it is not a disease but it is a disorder. By following a good diet and maintaining ideal body weight and exercising regularly, you can reduced the chances, of getting it. Unexplained thirst, frequent urination, unexplained weight loss, excessive, hunger, lethargyness are some, underlying symptoms, but sometimes it can, just be asymptomatic.
