Asthma is a chronic allergic problem causing cough, breathlessness wheeze etc. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis as well as to assess severity of disease based on which treatment can be started. Get pulmonary function test & xray chest done, if pft shows obstructive type then you have to take "flutrol" rotacaps by rotahaler which may control your cough.

Sub mucous fibrosis is a serious oral condition. Generally happens due to consuming betel nut, tobacco and betel chewing. Hot and spicy food.
Yes this disease can be treated. There are some drugs. Surgical process can also help. Lycopene is very helpful to minimise the symptoms.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Quit the habit of betel nut pan and pan mascara like things. Take care of oral hygiene.
