TSH level of 7.62 usually indicated hypothyroidism. I do not prefer to use Eltroxin or Thyronorm. I prefer to use compounded thyroid containing a combination of T3 + T4 (Armour equivalent). Hi Shaista Fatma! There are two types of thyroid. one is hypothyroidism in which person starts gaining weight and the other one is hyperthyroidism in which person starts losing weight. So if you have hyperthyroidism then yes it could also be a reason that you are losing weight.
