Symptoms of thyroid disorder are usually non specific. Symptoms of hypothyroidism are feeling tired, feeling cold, low appetite, constipation, little wt gain etc. Opposite happens in hyperthyroidism. Females have irregular periods in both hypo and hyperthyroidism.

Hello lybrate-user user if your tsh is low it should be hypothyroidism. Repeat tsh with free t4 and free t3 and consult a physician and take appropriate treatment. Take care.
