Your fasting blood sugar is in the diabetic range and pp is also mildly high.
You can easily control it with lifestyle modification like adopting diabetic diet avoiding junk food smoking alcohol doing regular physical exercise and maintaining ideal body weight.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Blood glucose 184 after breakfast is high, but is in pre-diabetic range. In this situation with modified lifestyle, diet control, weight reduction and regualr exercise one can regain normal glucose levels. Looking at your weight and height, you have a BMI of 31.17 kgs/Sq meter (normal< 23 kgs/Sq meter). There is an excess of over 20 kgs, reduction in this itself will help in reducing glucose level. It's unfortunate you have diabetes at your age. Your blood sugar levels are very high. But don't worry it can be controlled effectively with medicines. You need to start treatment immediately.
