High BP is controllable. But not curable. Untill and unless it is secondary. Means it has some under lying cause. Get yourself investigated by some cardiologist. If he finds some cause .it can be cured after removing the cause.

Hello lybrate-user. It depends on how severe it is. You have not given any details about the treatment taken till now. Etc.
Still as a general rule. Do the following.
Take salt restricted diet.
Do regular exercise or pranayama like anulom vilom and kapal bharti.
Avoid stressfull situation.
And the best is to take proper homoeopathic treatment.
