There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, you can wait. But do follow annual checkups. U can take homeopathy to manage symptoms. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.

I think there is no medicine to cure hernia ,so go for surgical treatment with mesh which is now a days best procedure and less complication is there and it will take you only 15 mins.
