Nephrology is the study of kidney diseases and includes analysis of kidney issues. There are many factors that lead to dying of kidneys or failing (as doctors like to phrase it), it includes malformed, obstructed, or absent kidneys. The pulse rate of 95 or 105 is not alarmingly high. In situations of intense fear or anxiety normal persons can also develop such pulse rates and palpitations. What this means is you need to consult your psychiatrist for the fear and anxiety.
Do not worry too much about the pulse rates, its unlikely that this is because of a problem in the heart, more likely its a symptom related to schizophrenia.
