There are no special symptoms of diabetes during summer and winter. Symptoms include polyuria - excessive urination, Polydipsia - excessive thirst, polyphagia - excessive hunger and weight losss along with non healing wounds (if high sugars persist)

Get your blood sugar fasting, pp,HbA1c tests done if they are normal it rules out diabetes.
Type one diabetics have excessive urination, thirst,weight loss, recurrent infections etc
Type two diabetes may not have symptoms and are diagnosed incidentally or during some routine investigation. The are usually overweight.

Diabetes Mellitus are of 2 types Type 1 and Type 2.Type 1 occurs in predominantly the younger age group (<30 years. Type 2 occurs in the elderly. But there can be an overlap between the two types with regard to the age group.
