Decrease frequency of cigarettes per day. Gradually you will tolerate it. Only less number of cigarettes will satisfy you. At last you will never need it. You will not feel withdrawal symptoms by this method. You should drink juice several times during quitting cigarettes. Thanks.

Nicotine patches by cipla available in different strength to put on arm. One patch for seven days.
U need a rehab center to know the process n procedure. Small to large unit.
Caution
not a singal kash of smoke. Why? It may lead to heart attack. So you need a md physician of rehab center to guide u.
For withdrawal symptoms
you need clonazepam 1.00 mg at night till you need patche of 75 mg.

Remind yourself why you quit. Focus on your reasons for quitting, including the health benefits (lowering your risk for heart disease and lung cancer, for example), improved appearance, money you’re saving, and enhanced self-esteem.

The breathlessness is just a reaction and the outcome of some wild imagination. You have done very well to quit smoking and it is good that you did not have any symptoms but quit because you did not like it. It only means that you are proactive. Dear there are no side effects on quitting smoking. You are just smoking for three years and therefore withdrawal symptoms are also rare. You should quit now and drink a lot of water and two to glasses of fruit juices. You can do it without any trouble. Go ahead. Take care.
