Dear User,
spondylitis in such a young age age is in unusual and need attention. I doubt there has to be associated systematic conditions like ankylosing spondylosis or ra or any other progressive inflammatory disease which has to be diagnosed. I suggest you to consult nearest orthopedic and get required test done (if not consulted yet, if all test done than please mention in your complaint)
and start with treatment accordingly. Also your lump might be associated with that condition only...more

Lymph node if not infected can still be swollen due to infection elsewhere. In that case you are supposed to get treatment of place what is infected. If it is mastitis or breast infection then treat that. Lymph node will get better.

Thee are other reasons for neck lymphnide swelling.
Like tuberculosis.
So instead of making assumption and wasting time in worrying take proper check up.
So that even if it is cancer then early treatment can stop and even cure it.
