You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

Adv deep bite correction for deep bite .you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Mr. lybrate-user, it seems that you are having spongy gums due to vit c deficiency, eat citrus fruits like oranges, sweet lemon, lemon, may take vit c supplement (succee tab) for few days and do gandoosh with sphatik bhasm 1/2tsf in 1glass of water. *gandoosh is an ayurvedic term which means to hold, mouth full of liquid prescribed, for some time in the mouth and then spit it out.

You need to consult the dentist for a checkup. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
