Yes it is possible 20 - 30% gap filled by moving molar forward and rest by moving premolar canine and incisers backwards. Don't worry about it.

You need scaling or cleaning of your teeth, go to dentist nearby you, till that time use hexidin mouthwash.

Yes you can, because in irregular/crowded teeth there will be always food accumulation, go for fixed orthodontic treatment. It is permanent solution.
