So at present the only option by reading your question seems to be splinting wherein the mobile tooth or the loose tooth can be attached temporarily to the adjacent teeth so that it can survive a bit longer.

Please visit your nearby dentist. Usually deposits around the teeth causes pain and inflammation in gums. You might need cleaning of teeth (scaling and polishing) which might require single or two sittings depending upon the condition.

Hello dear, tt injection is not required. Just visit to a dentist and get your gums checked, if few clay flakes remnant are present, get it removed by scaling, the gums will regain to its healthy state.
