It looks like allergic problem. Avoid using any cream or powder on face. Start any anti allergic like cetrizine, if need be you may add steroid. If ,still no relief, you can consult by what's app on my mobile number mobile. Between 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm daily except sundays.
