My body is very loose and I can not do any hard work, when I eat something, my stomach is very hard.
It's problem of digestion you have to improve your digestive captivity take syrup triphala 1 teaspoon 2 times a day syrup gasex 1 teaspoon 2 times a day syrup smuth 3 teaspoon at night for minimum 10 days.
