Age 23 weight 86 kg unmarried height 5 ft 11 inch. From last 3 months I am having pain under foot pain sometimes intense sometimes less intense. From last 1.5 month I am having tingling in hands and feet and pain under palm also. One month ago my fasting sugar was 106 .10 days ago I did my hb1ac which came 5.6%(range 4.3 to 5.9 non diabetic) and random blood glucose 2 hours after eating was 100 (range 70 to 140. I am taking vitamin d 5000 iu and vitamin b12 500 mcg daily but I noticed that my problem i.e pain in foot and palm and tingling aggravates eaverytime I eat food. Am I prediabetes or diabetic?
