These so called protein supplement including the one referred, give only small quantity of protein and contain a good deal of carbs. There is no point in wasing money on such products. If you are looking for extra protein supplement then eggs are a better choice. In case you are a pure vegetarian then there are many products that give zero carbs available on Amazon with 62 to 80 % proteins, those are better. Thanks.

Optisulin gives for diabetes 1 and diabetes 2 type patients.
Pl. Do not take it if you are not diabetic patients.
