Hello , please follow the doctor prescribed medicine. Which controls the diabetics and will not allow to increase. But along with medication, she need to concentrate on food also. Make sure her food must have high protein, fiber and omega-3 nutrition. Most of the suppliments that claim to benefit Diabetes patients needs to be verified by the individual who takes those tablets. Usually, if the food is of good quality and a balanced diet then there is no need to take any external products. A healthy diet and daily exercise with proper sleep can be very effective to overcome the problems of Diabetes and control the sugar levels more efficiently.
