Hello, Thanks for the query.
The protein supplement mentioned has 52 g of carbs per `00 g and gives just 20 g of protein for 100 g. So it is not good for a person with diabetes. Thanks.

Vitamin D3 deficiency is seen in some diabetic patients. So most often it is recommended as a regular supplement. There is no effect of increasing the glucose level. What is the point you are making by saying metformin is used in most diabetic patients. Yes it is .Thanks.

For a diabetic person it is better to avoid all the juices. No juice is good. If you are looking for protein supplement then milkshakes with protein (without sugar) can be used. Thanks.
