Fasting blood glucose of 126 mg/dl is diagnostic of diabetes. You might have impaired glucose tolerance, but it is not possible to comment based on one abnormal report and in absence of hb1c levels.

U will need a change of medicines. Pls check your after meal sugars as well, so the doses can be adequately adjusted. You may need a small dose of insulin which will benefit the kidneys
