Dear lybrate-user,
your blood sugars are under very good control now. If you do not have low sugar symptoms like sweating dizziness tremor etc before meals continue the same dose. If you start developing low sugar symptoms then you need to reduce the medication under supervision by your physician

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. Following are my observations:
1) Looking at your weight and height, your ideal body weight should be about 55 to 56 kgs considering your age. Therefore with a Body Mass Index(BMI) of 26.89 kgs/Sq meter, you are already in over weight category. This is a major hindrance in blood glucose control.You will have to work towards reducing at least about 8 to 10 kgs.
