Hi dr, am 50 years old male active n fit, playing badminton everyday. Am having hypertension issue for more than 8 years taking mild medicine (amlodipine n atenolol) - emolene at (1 tablet every morning). For the past 3-4 years am facing not 100% erection especially in 2nd and 3rd rounds, moreover ejaculation is also withing 5 mins. Kindly advise some tablet (like sildenafil or tadalafil) which can be taken at least 8-10 hours before sexual activity. My ecg reports are normal, however bp is around 140/92 most of the time.
