You need to take medicines for your high uric acid levels in body first of all. You can consult a physiotherapist and learn basic exercises to lessen the stiffness. Also you can consult a homeopath to eradicate the tendency of having high levels of uric acid from your body.

Mr Mahesh Kumar, Thanks for the query.
With uric acid at 7.9 mg/100 ml and having swollen great toe, means you have gout. In that situation along with anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs you need a drug to reduce uric acid. So you may start it. Also please avoid purine containing foods like red meat, organ meat and sea foods. Plus refrain from alcohol, sweetened aerated drinks (colas) and smoking. Thanks.

Chronic Venous Insufficiency is an abnormal condition of the leg veins. It occurs when either the walls or the one-way valves of the veins cannot work effectively. This
makes it difficult for the veins to send the impure blood from the legs to the heart. This results in impure flowing backward and collecting at places in the veins. It can
cause swelling, pain, and changes in skin and over time may lead to ulcers in legs.
