Recurrent stye is a sign that u r frequently touching ur eyes...It may be habitual, due to allergies , dryness or refractive error or some eyelid disease. Also rule out diabetes.

this is due to lid infection
1. Maintain lid hygiene
2. Hot fomentation
3. Apply ocupol d eyeointment twice daily on lid margins repeated lid infection may be due to poor lid hygiene.
So to prevent recurrence maintain lid hygiene.

1. Antibiotic cannot cure allergy. You will need to use some anti-allergic drug like Olapatadine (like Pataday once daily in morning or IF2 twice a day)
2. Frequent rubbing of eyes can cause recurrent stye in both eyes. If there is any other lid pathology also this can happen.
