2. Hot fomentation
3. Apply ocupol d eyeointment twice daily on lid margins repeated lid infection may be due to poor lid hygiene.
So to prevent recurrence maintain lid hygiene.

1. Antibiotic cannot cure allergy. You will need to use some anti-allergic drug like Olapatadine (like Pataday once daily in morning or IF2 twice a day)
