Hello. Any developing corneal ulcer is treated initially with antibiotics/anti fungal/anti viral medicines (drops or oral tablets) depending on the infection type. Aankho k liye drops daal ke aram mil jaega par baki takleefo k liye goli lene ki zarurat hai. Aage ki jaankari k liye aap mujhse kabhi bhi baat kar sakte hai.
