I can understand your concern. I would suggest you to seek counseling for your stress and anxiety.
Invest your time productively. Talk to your family, spend time with kids, go for walking taking all the precautions against corona. Read interesting books. If you are spiritual, do meditation. Otherwise also meditation is good for stress relief. Yoga is another way to control stress and anxiety. Take healthy diet. Talk to your friends, friends are great stress busters. All...more

Age 23. Headache 24 hrs. 5 years se bna hua hai. Stress bahut jyada leti hu har choti choti baat ko dil pr lga leti hu aur jyada sochkr pareshan rehti hu. 23august 2020 se itna jyada headache hone lga hai ki jaise kisine bhoj dediya ho .dhadkta hai har vakt, neck pain bhi hai. Cervical pain bahut jyada ho gya hai ab with hand pain and neck ki akdan jakdan .right side and left side hand krke so nii skte itna pain hai koi kaam nii kr paarhi pr dard sehan krne ke saath sb krna hota hai. Jo nii hota vah dard hota hai mujhe jaise dard ka ghut peena pareshan hote hue peena pdta hai chup rehte hai. Depression ka asar itna jyada hogya ab pr solution nii hai too parivaar ka support, friends bhi nii. Kuch bhi acha nii lgta. Suicidal thoughts bhi aate hai. Ek din 3kapor ki goli khayi maine par akele iski taklif bardast ki kyunki ab har taklif ka ghut peene ki aadat hogyi .aap se ye puchna chahte hai ki stress lena too shyad kbhi nii chod paye aur depression khtm na bhi kr paye ache se. Exercise krne se stress dur hota hai ye sach hai lekin exercise kru mai aur pure vakt jaagte sote uthte har vakt pareshan rhu jyada sochu suicide mind me rhe too kya saari exercise asar kregi. Exercise krne se baaki saari cheezo ko saath rakh kr kiya jaye too kya asar acha honga please iss pr jwab jarur de.
