Stress: Treatment, Procedure, Cost and Side Effects

What is the treatment?

Stress, when defined commonly, refers to the feeling that a person may experience when they are overloaded (mostly emotionally and psychologically) and they are struggling to cope up with the demands of everyday life, whether personal or professional. Stress is actually a mechanism of the body by which it protects you. When a person perceives danger, the body’s defenses start working and they exhibit a rapid, automatic response known as the ‘ fight or flight response’ or the ‘stress response’. When a person feels threatened, the nervous system releases a number of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol and these prepare the body for an emergency response. The manifestations of this condition include increased heart beat, muscle tightening, high blood pressure, quicker breaths and sharpening of senses. These changes help a person to focus, speed his/her reaction time and also increases strength and stamina.

Stress can manifest itself in a number of different ways. The cognitive symptoms of stress include memory problems, anxiety, poor judgement, constant worrying and negative thoughts. The emotional symptoms may include depression, moodiness, anxiety, loneliness and isolation, a feeling of being overwhelmed and other mental problems. The physical symptoms include aches, pains, nausea, dizziness, loss of sex drive, rapid heartbeat and chest pain.

Some of the ways by which stress can be managed are being aware of how much stress a person is under, determine which factors are causing stress to increase in your life, taking charge and deal with the unhelpful sources of stress before they snowball into something unbearable and making prudent choices regarding your life so that he/she can deal with stress better. However, sometimes,a person may be prescribed sleep inducing pills or anxiety management medications if they are having too much difficulty in coping with stress.

How is the treatment done?

One of the most effective ways to deal with stress is to lead an active lifestyle. Doctors all over world advise people to incorporate some exercises in their routine so that they can better deal with stress. Regular exercise helps to elevate the mood and allows you escape from the cycle of negative thoughts that cause stress. Exercises like running, jogging, walking, swimming and cycling help you to deal with stress effectively. If a person is feeling agitated or insecure, there is no better way to relieve stress than to have a face-to-face conversation with another human being. A friendly conversation with another human being helps to calm and soothe the nervous system. A person without any close social relationships should make it a point to develop strong bonds.

Engaging any of your five senses namely- touch, sight, sound, smell and taste can help to effectively deal with stress. A person might get de-stressed by eating or someone might feel relaxed by listening to his/her favorite song. Similarly, relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing help a person to reach a state of restfulness that is complete opposite to the state of feeling stressed. Regular practice of these techniques will help a person to deal with the symptoms of stress more effectively.

Finally, a healthy diet can go a long way to help a person to deal with stress. Food eaten can help to improve or worsen a person’s mood and so, it is imperative to include foods rich in proteins, fresh vegetables and fruits in the diet. Stress can be dealt with a proper night’s sleep. However, people are often prescribed medicines to deal with anxiety and depression by a doctor.

Who is eligible for the treatment? (When is the treatment done?)

Any person can suffer from stress as it a normal bodily reaction to feelings of demand or threat. The treatment for stress normally does not include any medication but involves making substantial changes in the lifestyle of the concerned person. So a person is eligible for treatment of stress if he/she experiences the symptoms associated with stress. There can be different types of manifestations of the symptoms of stress. They are physical, cognitive, emotional and behavioral. A person can undergo treatment if he/she experiences any of these symptoms.

Who is not eligible for the treatment?

The treatment for stress generally involves making some behavioral and lifestyle changes in a person suffering from stress. This mode of treatment does not have any side-effects and nobody in general is ineligible for this treatment.

Are there any side effects?

Some of the side-effects of medicines to treat anxiety are low blood pressure, nausea, libido, depression, lack of coordination, emotional dysfunction, memory loss and decrease in IQ. A person suffering from stress may take anti-depressants to alleviate the symptoms. The side-effects of anti-depressants include headache, sexual dysfunction, diarrhea, dizziness and weight gain/loss. The behavioral therapy and lifestyle changes do not produce much side-effects.

What are the post-treatment guidelines?

It is difficult to point out the post-treatment guidelines for stress as the condition requires constant monitoring and management. However, there are some guidelines that a person can follow to prevent stress after he/she has undertaken stress management procedure and taken medications. These are: reducing intake of alcohol, drugs and caffeine as these substances make the condition worse. A person should be a little organized and focus on what is important rather than losing their sleep over trivial issues. A person should put some time aside for himself/herself each day so that he/she can use that time to relax, organize and do whatever he/she wants to do.

How long does it take to recover?

Stress is a condition where a person’s body responds to perceptions of stress or danger. It is essentially an emotional and psychological condition that can be triggered by a number of ways. A person can use stress management techniques, self-help techniques and medication to keep stress at bay. But the recovery depends on the resolve of the patient and also on his ability to address the root of the problem. Hence, it is difficult to determine how long it will take to overcome stress.

What is the price of the treatment in India?

A doctor may charge anything between Rs 500 – Rs 1500 for a check-up. He will provide useful tips about how to keep stress at bay. Antidepressants may cost anything between Rs 26 – Rs 1650 in India and it depends on the composition and quantity of the medicine. A person can suffer from stress due to some mental condition. Treatment of stress, in this case, will require the treatment of the mental disorder. In such a scenario, a person will have to spend much more.

Are the results of the treatment permanent?

Stress is an emotional and psychological response to some external trigger. There are different approaches by which stress can be managed. However, there is no permanent treatment for stress as a person may feel stressed due to a number of factors even after undergoing treatment. He will have to adhere to some strict guidelines and will have to make serious lifestyle changes to prevent stress. However, this is not always possible in today’s cut-throat world.

What are the alternatives to the treatment?

Some research studies have shown that the effects of white passionflower are comparable to benzodiazepine drugs and, thus, can be used to treat stress. A good massage by a trained person can help to relieve stress almost immediately. Today’s generation are hooked onto their gadgets- whether it is mobile or laptop or tablet. Disconnecting from these gadgets can help to relax and ultimately prevent oneself from getting stressed. Aromatherapy can also bring immediate relief from stress by elevating mood, reducing anxiety and helping the person to focus and concentrate.

Know The Significance Of Therapy In Helping To Get Over Suicidal Thoughts!

Psychiatrist, Delhi
Know The Significance Of Therapy In Helping To Get Over Suicidal Thoughts!

Suicidal thoughts, often known as suicidal ideation, refer to developing thoughts or desires to commit suicide. Having suicidal thoughts means experiencing a fleeting consideration or detailed planning to commit suicide.

Usually, excessive stress, depression or lot of emotional distress leads to developing such thoughts. However, there are various treatment options that can help one out, the psychiatric therapy being one of them.
Continue reading to know more about the significance of therapy in getting over suicidal thoughts.

The risks can be assessed
Therapy sessions help in evaluating the severity of the condition. Typically, therapy is targeted towards helping the person having suicidal thoughts to deal with the condition and understand why the thoughts are being caused. But, along with treating the patient, psychiatric professionals also analyze the risks that the person possesses by analyzing his or her response to the therapies. Patients with suicidal thoughts not only threaten to kill or hurt themselves but also exhibit revenge-seeking behaviour, and therefore, therapy targets to prevent them from engaging in risky behaviour.

The cause can be identified
From medications to counselling sessions, there are several types of psychiatric treatments available to treat a patient with suicidal thoughts. Apart from the therapy consisting of medications, it is the conversation sessions between the therapists and patients that give positive results.

A person suffering from suicidal thoughts needs to speak with someone who understands him or her. The primary purpose of talking is to identify the underlying factors or the reasons behind the patients’ suicidal thoughts, which helps in treating the condition fast and more effectively.

Every patient is addressed separately
Sometimes, patients need more than a combination of drugs to get over their suicidal thoughts. And, when it comes to psychiatric therapy, the psychiatrist justly analyzes the need and offers the necessary treatment to the patient as per the individual requirements.

Every person is different, and two people suffering from suicidal thoughts may have completely different underlying causes. While a history of family trouble may cause one's suicidal thoughts, another's thoughts may be the result of financial struggles. The best psychiatrists treat every patient separately, as each case has something unique to it that needs to be resolved for the patients’ recovery.

Suicidal thoughts, in the majority of cases, may not lead to the final act of committing suicide but includes developing the thoughts and planning suicide in detail. But for some people, it may make oneself indulge in poor lifestyle choices, such as drug and alcohol, or even hurting oneself and others. Therefore, consulting a psychiatrist is crucial as they may help manage such thoughts before they lead to any serious consequences.

I have given myself ample time until age limit and no of attempts as I'm quite serious on my aim. I thought that some where in middle of the preparation I shall have a child so that I would be able to build a strong foundation before that. But now thinking on the practical side. Hello. From your history its not clear when you had exposure and when you did the test? If you practice safe sex by using condom there is less likely hood of transmission of HIV or other STIs, cause condom use is not 100 % guarantee, as you have said about its rupture, but protects well if used consistently and continuosly. Just because you have fear that it may rupture its not a reason not to have sex, anal, vaginal or oral. Consistent and continuos use of condom will protect you from STIs. Use condom with lubrication. You may have 1more HIV 1, HIV2 antigen ,antibody test if your last exposure was by now 90 days. Ie the window period when antibodies are most likely to be positive if one is infected. You can consult online for more deatils if you wish to allay your phobias.

The Neglect Of Mental Illness
Hello Friends!

Mera naam Dr. Vinesh Chandramaniya hai or me ek psychiatrist hun, Mumbai se. Friends aaj hum baat krenge ek bhut hi interesting topic pe. Aaj kal jo sabke jeevan me ghatit hota hai, vo hai stress. Lekin stress ko janne se pehle, health kya hai vo janna bhut jruri hai. Jaise hmare sabke dimag me health ka definition hai ki me physically healthy or sharir se mujhe koi taklif nhi hai, iska mtlb ye hai ki me healthy hun. Jabki ye adhura definition hai. WHO ke hisab se health ko 3 pehlu me divide kia hai. Pehla hai physical health, dusra hai mental health or tisra hai social health. Agar ye teeno aspect se aap healthy hain to hi aap complete healthy maane jayenge. Hmara sabka focus jayadatar hmara sharirik health ya physical health ki taraf rehta hai. Llekin hum sab hmare mansik swasthya ko, metal health ko neglect krte hain or hum uske bare me aware nhi hai. Uska ek reason ye bhi ho skta hai ki jo chiz humko dikhayi deti hai, uske upar hum log bharosa krte hain or jo chiz invisible hai, uske upar humko vishwas nhi hota. Jaise sharir dikhta hai or sharir ki kuch bhi bimari ko doctor ke pas jake consult krte hain or uska ilaj krate hain lekin mental health kisi ko dikhayi nhi deta hai.

Lekin kabhi kbhi hmari life me jo invisible chizen hain or jo nhi dikhayi dene vale chizon ka hmari life me bhut important hota hai. Agar me example dun to humko jeene ke lia roti chaiye, paani chaiye. Us s bhi ek ehem chiz hai hawa. Mtlb oxygen. Hum oxygen le rhen hain to hum jeevit hain. To ye hawa humko dikhayi nhi deti but uska mehtav hmari lige me bhut jyada hai. Similarly ek badi building hai jo apne base pe bhut majbooti se khadi hoti hai, to hi vo tikki rehti hai. Quki uska base underground hota hai or humko dikhayi nhi deta. Aise hi friends, hmara mansik swasthya, hmara mental health, vo bhut hi important hai. Islia me hmesha kehta hun ki hmara maan tandurast ho, taan tandurast.

Agar aap physically kitne bhi healthy hain lekin aap mentally agar kamjoor hai ya menatlly aap tanav se garast hain, to aap apka physical performance bhi brabar se kar nhi payenge. To iski vjha se aaj jo hum discuss krenge vo hai menatl health or stress. Friends, ye mental health mtlb kya? Mental health mtlb koi bhi individual insan hai, uska ability hai ki vo kitna personal or social adjustment kar pata hai. Vo mental health hai. To mental health me sabse jyada important hai, vo hai stress. Jisko hum log tanav bolte hain. Abhi ye stress kya hai. To stress ka hum log koi uniform definition nhi bol skte. Aise agar definition kia jaye to stress kya hai. To hmara body or hmara mind dono ka response ya reaction hai jo hmari life me koi bhi aisa event hota hai ya hmari life me koi bhi aisa change aata hai, jisko hmara body or mind apne tarike se react krta hai, to usko hum log stress bolenge.

Stress person to person vary krta hai. Jaise koi insan agar bhavok savbhav ka hai ya jiska personality bhut sensitive hai ya iska sehenshakti bhut hi kam ho gya hai, usko choti choti baaton se bhi tanav ho skta hai. Or koi insan jiska personality bhut hi strong hai or usko coping mechnism bhut hi strong hai to usko bhut hi kam stress hone ki sambhavna hoti hai. To ye stress me kya hota hai, ek hota hai positive stress. To thoda little amount of stress is necessary for optimal functioning. Hmara kam ko prerit krta hai. Hmara motivation level ko badhata hai or performance ko bhi vo badhata hai. Usko hum positive stress bolte hain. Agar ek example dun, to ek student hai, usko exam ka stress hai, iski vjha se vo padayi krta hai or hard-work krta hai or ache number se vo pass ho jata hai. Aise hi agar vhi stress apka body or mind ki capacity ke bahar chala jata hai to usko hum negative stress bolte hain ya distress bolte hain. Ye distress ki vjha se kya hoga ki apka performance decline hoga. Apka kam me galatiyan hona chalu hoyega. Aapke kam or relations pe aap focus nhi kar payenge.

To isko negative stress bolte hain. Aamtor pe stress ke karan kya hain. To 2 trha ke karan hote hain. Ek hota hai external mtlb bahari karan or dusra hai internal jo hmare andar kuch aise factors hai jo bhi tanav ka karan ho skte hain. External factors jaise maine kha sabke lia alag ho skte hain. Jaise kisi ko financial problem hai, kisi ko kuch relationship ka problem hai ya kam ka problem hai, Kisiko kuch bimari hai jo thik nhi ho rhi hai. Aisa bhut sare karan se stress hota hai. Or hmare andar ke karan kya hai? Hmara savbhav, hmara personality kaisa hai, hmara attitude or nazariya kaisa hai kisi bhi chiz ko dekhne ka. Hmare me dheeraj shakti kitna hai. Ye sab factors decide krte hain ki apke upar stress ka affect pdega ya nhi. Aam toor pe har insan ka ek limit hai jaise balloon hai or agar hum use fulate hain, uska ek capacity hai or uske bahar hum usko or fulane jayenge to vo burst hota hai. Similarly hmara body or mind ka capacity ke bahar jab ye tanav aa jata hai to uska fir dusht parinam chalu hota hai. Tanav ki vjha se hmara kuch hormonal changes hote hain. Cortisol nam ka hormone badhta hai. Or ye hormone baki ki hormones ko parbhavit krta hai or uska side-effects start hota hai. 2 trha ka problem ho skta hai. Ek hota hai physical problem or ek hota hai menatlly problem.

Physical problem stress se kya ho skta hai. Agar aap jyada stress me hai to apko blood pressure ho skta hai, diabetes hai, cholesterol hai, kuch peat ki bimariyan hai, thyroid ke problems hai, kuch chamdi ke aise rog hain, heart ki diseases hai. Abhi young age me jitne logon ko heart attack aate hain, uska karan tanav hai. Kuch aise chamdi ke rog hain jo tanav se badhte hain. Tanav se bhut headache ho skta hai, concentration me problem ho skta hai. Us s emotional problems bhi hote hain. Emotional problems me apko apne savbhav me parivartan lgega, aap logon ko lgega ki aap me jyada chidchidapan aa gya hai. Choti choti baaton me aap apna temper loose krte hain, gussa aata hai. Koi chiz me maan nhi lgta, focus nhi kar pate. Studies ke parati apka focus nhi rehta hai. Apka memory p prabhav pdta hai, Apki neend pe, apki bhook pe uska prabhav pdta hai. Kisi ko jyada neend aati hai or kisiko kam neend aati hai. Jyada ghabrahat mehsus krna. Koi bhi chiz ko aap easily handle nhi kar payenge. Jldi se decision nhi le payenge. Agar hadd se jyada stress badhega to kuch psychiatric bimariyan ya mansik bimariyan bolte hain jaise anxiety, depression, insomnia, sexual problems. Or agar hadd se jyada stress badh jaye to suicide ke vichar bhi aate hain. Agar aap pichle newspaper dekhenge to bade bade celebrities ne suicide kia tha.

To uska karan stress ho skta hai ya depression ho skta hai. To iske lia apko awareness hona bhut jruri hai. Uske parati apko jankari hona bhut jruri hai. Abhi stress ka treatment humko kaise krna hai. Stress ko hum khudse durr kaise rkh skte hain. Iske lie me apko kuch tips dena chahunga. Sabse pehla tip ki apka support system kaisa hai. Aap family ke sath rehte hain ya aap akele rehte hain. Jo log family ke sath rehte hain un logon ko stress kam hota hai. Quki family ek stress protection ka kam krti hai. Agar aap apne family and friends ke sath share krenge to uska solution apko immediately mil jayega. Jo log isolated rehte hain, vo kisi se share nhi kar pate. Jinke kam freinds hain vo log jyada share nhi kar pate or iski vjha se vo log andar hi andar ghutte hain. To support system apna bhut strong rkhen. Family ko ache se time dena hai. Dusri chiz hoti hai diet or exercise. Agar aap khana kaisa khate hain, us s aap stress ka affect rok skte hain. Jaise aap regular interval par khana khate hain, agar aap kam carbohydrate and sugar vala khana khate hain, quki jab hum log tanav me rehte hain to hmara craving badh jata hai, sugary foods k lia jisko hum feel good bolte hain.

Ye food khane me acha lgta hai par uska affect mind or body pe jo pdta hai, vo bhut hi khrab effect hota hai. Us s stress or anxiety badhta hai. Dusra, jo log regular exercise krte hain, mtlb jis exercise se apka sweating hoga, that is aerobics. Uski vjha se body me endorphin nam ke hormone paida hote hain or ek tazagi ka anubhav dete hain. Us se hum log motivated and focused rehte hain. Jo tisri chiz hai vo hai sleep. Kabhi kbhi hum neend ko neglect krte hain. Jaise exam ke time pe student kya krega, puri raat pdega or subha exam dete time uska mind block ho jata hai. Padha hua chiz usko yaad nhi aata. to dimag ko rest milna bhut jruri hai. Iske lia apko roz ek habot bnana hai ki ek time pe sona hai or ek time pe uthna hai. Apko TV, mobile, laptop sab switch off krna hai. Kabhi kabhi day to day activities bhi hmare lia tanav ka kam krti hai. Jitna apka bad habits hai ya negative side hai, uske uar agar hum kam krenge to hum stress pe kam kar skte hain. Jaise aap apna attitude positive rkhte hain to us se aap kafi tanav ko kam kar skte hain. Jo hmare control me nhi hai uske piche samay bita ke koi mtlb nhi hai. Hmare control me kya hai vo humko janna hai.

Hmare control me hmara savbhav or behavior hai. Uske upar humko kam krna hai or focus krna hai. Hum log 100 jan ka muh band nhi kar skte. Lekin 2 kaan band krna hmare control me hai Kbhi bhi aap over-commit mat kro khud ko. Ki me ye bhi kar lunga or vo bhi kar lunga. Dusra hmare andar jitna patience develop hoga, utna jyada acha hai. Jitna aap life ko balace rkhenge vo bhi apko stress se protection dega. Pehla 8 hours apko genuine kam krna hai. Dusra 8 hours rest or sleep. 3rd hai 8 hours for family, friends and faith; health hygiene and hobby iske prati hum log bhut hi kam jagruk hain. Bhagwan jo krta hai acha krta hai. Last tip me apko dunga vo hai relaxation. Jiske bare me hum sabko jankari hai. Vacations pe jana vo bhi ek trha ka break lena hai. Ye bhi ek trha ka stress protection deta hai. Relaxation me yoga hai, pranayam hai, meditation hai, exercises hai ye sab chiz aap kar skte hain.

Last chiz hai, usko hum bolenge hug therapy ya jaddu ki jhappi. Abhi hum log jo hmare priyejan hain, unko jab hum hug krte hain to hmare body me kuch hormones paida hote hain jisko oxytocin bolte hain. Ye hmara bonding badhata hai. Iska bhut mehtav hai or hum hmare routine me ye sab bhul gye hain. Quki aaj kal hmara life technological life hai. Hmesha hum log hmare laptop or mobile me vayast rehte hain. Jitna aap quality time apane friends ko denge, utna aap tanav se durr rhenge. To friends, aaj mene sari jankaru mental health or stress ke upar dia hai. Jitna aap pro-active banenge or accept krenge. Sabse pehla acceptance hota hai to hi aap maddad k lia jayenge.

2nd chiz hai isko hum ABC therapy bhi bolte hain. A-acceptance, B-balance, C-control. Treatment me agar counselling ki jrurat hogi to nhi to fir dawaiyon se apko tik kr skte hain. Please be pro-active. Let's talk. Aap khud ko andar hi andar mat rkhiye. Jo bhi apko taklif hota hai usko went out kriye. Usko share kriye. Or definitely iska apko solution milega. Thank you friends for hearing or apko iske alwa mujhse agar contact krna aap chahte hain then you can contact through

Stress Management Techniques
So let's define stress before we move to stress management. Stress is defined as an adverse reaction to external pressures or an environment which produces an unwanted and difficult response in a person is usually and agent biological chemical environmental psychological or social which will produce stress in an organisation or an individual the types of stresses change from person to person this is very important to understand what may be stressful to you and me we not necessarily be stressful to another person. it is ok to be stressed out about your exams about your work, about how you are going to deal with things and it's also ok to be stressed out about what it is going to rain like and whether you want to be able to catch the local home or not so why am I talking to you about this and what is it was there and you tell you will frankly the twist is this we all have stress.

As adults we are stressed out about job responsibilities spouses are getting one is required as working women we have stress and the thought of stress that you is pretty hard as executive with 5 day week also the sort of decisions that would take and the sort of people that you respond to and the degree of decisions that you take can produce stress with Hindi. So beyond this just remember if nothing else we tend to live in Bombay and in Metro areas so if you do anything like living in a metro area you are going to have enough amount of stresses whether you got that the 929 train 19031 train makes a huge difference to when you reach home and when you reach office that itself is quite the belligerent enough to produce stress.

In any person now how important is this when it is important because you need to understand that stress is pretty much going to be an part of your life stress is going to be present and it is not always one particular stress which produces the adverse reaction it can vary from person to person and more importantly stress is going to be multifactorial. So your response to does not have to be limited to correcting the one absolutely correct your core open mechanism and you will rectify the amount of stress you are able to you and handle before you move on allow me to get a little bit technical stress is a biological phenomenon and it is a part of your response system there is a stress response system in your brain which is activated through your brain through the cortisol through the adrenal glands and it is essential to your survival so remember this stress is not something that you take but pretty much a response system inbuilt in your body.

The trick is trying to manage so that it doesn't overwhelm you so what are the red flags of stress and why do we need to worry about it if I had to convey this in a short and sweet manner let me be very clear all biological elements are now linked to excessive stress. I am not saying that caused by I am saying they can be increased or your response to the treatment can be yourself because of it to you need to handle stress properly when it comes to biological or medical illnesses as far as psychiatric illness is concerned. I think the Jury is out on that the stress that is a model of how stress occurs pretty much states that in the window of tollens opportunity. If you have excessive stress and you are not able to adapt to add then you would actually and having talked about post matric stress disorders.

All of these are produced by stress but most importantly and most worryingly the commonest response to stress is actually substance used start with the beer because you are not sure that you are able to sleep at night and that happened because of the stress that you have the beer, most vodka, whisky soon enough you are holding it and it is causing a lot of problems in the morning and you can't live without the drink substance used because of and stress which was not any is a very common precipitated factor you need to be careful of this beyond that do remember that it is quite possible to have other signs of stress something that would normally call as Red flags.

So what are the red flags of stress which one you that may be things are not quite right as to start of these are the technical words the ones that your Bond irritability on minimum provocation if you are not able to sleep at night if there are situations in which you are becoming more and more intolerant of normal things if there are times when you are just passing through your entire day in a mundane manner of the subtler signs before that have to Warn you that a person breaking down crying for having an aggressive outburst is usually the last step in stress response before that you will get the signs that I am telling you about what are the signs of stress well here they are you are not able to finish your normal day to day activities you are forgetting what things made you smile and why you are telling to watch the clock before it finishes you are attending to try and avoid getting up from bed yourself care has worsened and you are starting to become more and more than it will be our red flags of stress and remember like anything these flags will be better seen by other people sweet quite possible that someone else might help you understand this better or someone else might point out to you.

Don t take it as offence remember someone meaning actually concerned about your well that's so if I had to tell you one thing it would be this always Peculiar to the place you work. for instance software professionals usually understand in distress when they tend to break the enter and the space bar in the keyboard people working at places which require them to do Road activities generally tend to stick to the rules before they start to realize that the stress they become more and more protocol apart from this how do we handle stress. Why because it required hand where it can happen anywhere when at any time and how with whatever you have available usual stress management techniques are there and I am not going to focus too much on it because they are all something that we are aware of things like maintaining a good work-life balance and sure that you deal with problems openly acknowledge your problems.

Learn how to say no maintain sleep hygiene and sure that you are not too anxious about it and you are saying no in a proper manner that should not get if I try and set goals and achieve them anticipate problems that is something that we all do if you are not doing it where you have to here's the thing remember the most important idiom in handling stress is don't bring your work home or your home to work maintain those balances. But really talking this because I just told you that it is quite possible that stress can be looked upon in different man so here I am going to tell you about what to do to not stress you are already doing what I am going to tell you is how to manage stress when things go horribly wrong.

It happens without warning it can happen on any random at any time and could happen because of you can't do anything about it but you have to get those that my dear friends when you require that intervention something that would help you adopt to the amount of stress which would be problematic for anything during this time normal techniques don't help and you have to have and contingency plan what do you do next 4 upontechniques are going to sound little whimsical 1st is acknowledging the fact that you are overwhelmed and are asking for help whenever you can,96 remember there is no it is usually new manifestation of old problem.

Which means someone else has gone through before so you can avail of the opportunity and help if you ask for it second this is very good when things go very very horribly wrong remember the wave example remember that you are emotions like waves always have a fixed time that they can respond to it doesn't matter if its or it's Tsunami it's good to go off within half an hour which means if you joy if it is fantastic happiness if it is escatcy or sadness or grief or just and invariable sense of feeling that the earth is gobble you up you have to learn how to handle the next half an hour when you get earth shattering situation which is very horribly wrong.

The weight and height existence only half an hour why is it important well because you have to remember that light waves reference tsunami or even a very-very flooded Marine Drive recedes within half an hour which means that even if the things which went fantastic which caused euphoria ecstasy happiness or extreme sadness grief for the gut wrenching feeling which you feel like the earth should gobble you up would only last for half an hour remember waves and emotions tend to coexist it is very very similar.

So if you take out the half your training your combination your mindset will set in and you will be able to handle things better it is as true for you as it is for the people from next time you have that horrible thing going wonderful happy or horrendously don't remember take out the next half an hour in the words of Winston Churchill if you going through hell keep on taking out the time it requires to adjust and manage to whatever problem should help you music to the next mobile price happiness is generally people that the person who coordinates with happiness should be entitled to the next Nobel Prize and the reason for this is simple any music which makes you smile will work as a stress buster.

Why am I saying this river and not saying a soft instrumental music I am saying music which makes you smile so you have the mobile phones just listen to them and ensure that you have a playlist of the songs which make you smile those random songs which you hear on the radio and you just can't be angry it will vary from person to person, 1980 so the song which makes me smile pehla nasha people born in 90s tell me this and that anything on this is always Kuch Kuch Hota Hai people born after 2010 however should be cautioned you cant tell people the song which makes you smile is zalima.

It doesn't work. It has to be group of 10 songs which make you smile and there is no restriction it can be soft instrumental. It can be patriotic songs for it could be rock and death metal it could be a random mix as - but you need to have those 10 songs which will make you smile and take the stress away just have that playlist that there are 3 exercises relaxation exercises that can be done if I had to fork and exercises that can be done while you are sitting.

I am not certain if you can't hear the surroundings right now but if I had to focus and 2 and exercise right now I would focus my mind not on my breathing but on the sound of the AC the among the AC or the sum of the sound of the drilling machine which you can hear outside their synchronous motor the sound they will help you focus your attention and once you have focused on that sound for 30 seconds you will realise that you are aware of your breathing and all you have to do is just know your breathing down for the next 8 minutes and we'll up suddenly you have manage to have stress management relaxation exercise done while sitting on your desk finally because I said 4 so I'll tell 4 but 5th piece of advice is equally important.

And its this remember that a diamond is just a piece of charcoal which handle stress very very well you are only going to find what you're made of if you go through the adverse circumstances and in the words of the great sir Albus Dumbledore maybe not sir jus albus Dumbledore help will always be provided at Hogwarts to those who ask for it to those who ask for it so if you feel the need to reach out or connect of you feel the need to make other people reach out of connect ensure that you talk with son if you want to talk with me you can reach me and doctor they were nursing home is where are usually set so do feel free to reach out any queries you can address then I will try my best to answer.

Thank you.
