Along with taking medications try being physically more activeâ¦doing some moderate age appropriate exercises and try not to spend time aloneâ¦. Also learn any relaxation training from a clinical psychologist and do it on a daily basis. The symptoms you mentioned are mainly related to fight or flight response if our body in response to stress.

you should immediately go for counseling along with medicines. Medicine alone will not be effective because it's related to your thought pattern.
