Yes absolutely safe but please get your teeth replaced by implant or any other prosthesis as it may cause mobility of lower teeth and that may cause malalingement.

If tartar presence is confirmed, it requires professional scaling by a dentist. It cannot be removed with the toothbrush. If you want to prevent tartar formation, make sure your brush reach the place where you see frequent tartar formation. Thus its formation can be prevented.

Hi. Tightness of the tongue may take time to resolve. I am sure you must have taken multi vitamin medicine like neurobion forte till now. Try homeopathic medicine hypericum 30, two drops on tongue thrice daily for a month. You will be better.
Take care.

An X-ray of that particular molar is a must to find out the possible reason of occurrence of nodule or swelling on face. If its due to decayed molar then it can be Root canal treated or removed according to final diagnosis after clinical and radiological examination. Its curable. Only the thing is you might have to undergo RCT of the tooth or even removal. Hope this helps...

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
For most people, braces are the safest and most effective way to permanently straighten their teeth. If your teeth are only slightly crooked or just a bit crowded, an orthodontist-prescribed retainer may be enough to get them straight.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
