I had lower rt wisdom tooth extraction two days back, now I have a tingling sensation with mild numbness of rt lower jaw, doctor told paresthesia. Will it go by itself or is it permanent damage?

Hi. If paresthesia is present after tooth extraction, their is nerve injury. The extent can only be known with radiological examination. Generally, mild injury subsides within three months with medication. Hopefully, the doctor must have prescribed you medicines for early recovery. Take care.
