I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
You should see a doctor if you think you may have eye bleeding. Most eye bleeding is harmless and caused by a small broken blood vessel in the outer part of the eye. The cause of eye bleeding isn't always known. Eye bleeding in the pupil and iris, known as hyphema, is rare but may be more serious.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

For the -6.50 or higher, icl will usually provide higher quality and higher acuity vision than lasik. It is also usually safer because of the minimal impact of the new lens compared to changing the cornea the amount that would be required with lasik in these cases.

However, if you notice your vision has changed quite suddenly it's always best to see an eye specialist immediately. A change in eyesight can be caused by eye diseases, ageing, injury, or even other underlying medical conditions such as diabetes.

Cataracts can be easily removed surgically in nearly all patients. I would usually advise people to go for surgery if it troubles them and hampers their life, but given that you have DM I would suggest in favor of early surgery to avoid any chances of uncontrolled diabetes in the future and not being able to perform the surgery at all.
